How to Separate Text in Columns in Ms. Excel 2010

Text to Columns is best function to separate the contents of one Excel cell into separate column. For example, you can separate a column of full names into separate first and last name columns.


To do this, please follow the procedure in this content as follow: 

1- Open Ms. Excel 2010

2- Select the column containing the data

3- Go to Data  >>  Text to Column

4- Check Delimited  >>  Next

5- Check Tab , Space  >>  Next

6- Check General  >>  Finish
